Financial Information

For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards, cash, and personal checks. Also, we participate with Carecredit to help those patients who desire a payment plan (up to 12 months, interest-free). Arrangements with Carecredit should be made prior to your first appointment. Payment is due at the time service is rendered.

As a courtesy to those with dental insurance, we will gladly file your insurance for our fees. We require any coinsurance or deductible amount owed to be paid at the time of service. After your insurance company has paid their scheduled fees to our office, we will either bill you for any remaining balance due or send you a refund if your insurance pays more than the remaining balance. Please be advised that although insurance is filed this never constitutes a guarantee of payment by your insurance company. Insurance companies will advise not only our dental office of this but also the patient.

If you are given a “treatment plan,” please understand that the total patient out of pocket expense given is only an ESTIMATE. Ultimately it is the responsibility of the patient to KNOW and UNDERSTAND their insurance benefits prior to any treatment. This may require participation on your part with the insurance company, such as: asking your insurance company if there are any stipulations that would prevent you from having treatment. The office coordinator will try the best he/she can to give the closest estimate possible, but sometimes there are issues that are not in our control, therefore, absolving our office of any responsibility for any unpaid balance not covered by insurance.

Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office, regardless of your insurance coverage. If you have questions regarding your account, please contact us at (334) 297-7100. Many times, a calm and positive telephone call will clear up any misunderstandings.
